Ancient Wisdom, Future Legacy: The Story Behind the Capsule Pyramid Amulet
Some jewels are created to be worn. Others are designed to carry a story through time.
Introducing the Capsule Pyramid Amulet, a miniature talisman inspired by the enduring mysteries of ancient Egypt and a fascination with what we choose to preserve for the future.

Ancient Egyptian symbolism, reimagined
Approximately one centimetre in size, the sculptural pyramid opens to reveal a hidden chamber for a personal intention, tiny keepsake or memory. Engraved details include the scarab, Nefer, the symbol of duality, a serpent and the Eye of Horus, evoking renewal, beauty, balance and protection.

Libyan Desert Glass: a story written in the Sahara
Crafted in recycled sterling silver and set with white diamonds, the amulet contains Libyan Desert Glass, an extraordinary natural glass formed by an ancient impact event in the Sahara around 26 million years ago. Its golden colour and history connect the piece to both the landscape of Egypt and the mysteries of space.
Libyan Desert Glass was also used in ancient Egyptian jewellery, including a scarab set into a pectoral associated with Tutankhamun. Across time, objects like these have held meanings far beyond their material value.
From an ancient landscape to a space-inspired exhibition

The original Capsule Pyramid Amulet was exhibited in Copenhagen as part of the European Space Agency’s Inspired by Space exhibition through the Moon Gallery Foundation. For Capsule Eleven, the project reflects a continuing exploration of ancient wisdom, spiritual futurism and the idea of jewellery as a personal time capsule.

A modern heirloom with your own meaning
The hidden chamber invites its wearer to make the piece their own, whether through a written intention, a tiny memento or a private symbol of something worth remembering. Available in recycled sterling silver and made-to-order white gold options, the design is conceived as a modern heirloom.
